Prince's Bay Homes & Properties
New construction exists off Renselear Ave and Ramona and a new townhome development is located on the southern side of Prince's Bay. You will also find an array of 6-over-6 and other two family homes. However, with less than half the population density of the rest of Staten Island, residents want to preserve the area as a lush and quiet seaside community.
