As a life long resident of Staten Island, I grew up in Oakwood and chose to raise my children there as well.  After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology I spent a dozen years working in the garment center. Working as the head merchandiser for several large manufacturers I gained valuable experience that naturally transcends into Real Estate. My success as a merchandiser was largely due to my understanding timing, pricing, sales, negotiating and marketing. The skills I have honed over the years have been the foundation with which I have built my Real Estate career on.
