Dawn Ivankov

My name is Dawn Ivankov and I’ve been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2009.  I’m currently licensed in both NJ and NY.  I specialize in residential buying and selling.  In addition I am Assistant Property manager for 7 communities in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties. Prior to working in Real Estate, I worked in Healthcare. I earned a BS in Recreational Therapy and was an Activity Director in a rehabilitation and long term skilled nursing facility in Staten Island, NY.

In 2002 I left my job to become a full time mother to my then 2 young daughters. In hindsight it was the best decision I ever made! Once my girls reached adulthood, I was itching to get back into the workforce. Because of my healthcare background I wanted to try something where I could help people. I chose real estate! Why? Because buying a home is one of life’s biggest and most important investments. I pride myself on being by my client’s side every step of the way from contract to closing! I work hard for each and every client, always giving 110%. I particularly enjoy working with first time buyers and guiding them through the home buying process. That gives me a real sense of accomplishment!

In my spare time I enjoy fitness, travel, cooking and spending time with family & friends.
