1. The best times to shop! Kohl’s has what is called “Shop Power Hour” specials, where you can save an additional 10 to 25% both in the store and online. When you are trying to make the left turn onto Draper Place to Travis Avenue from Richmond Avenue, and it is completely backed up, the chances of this congestion have usually resulted in flooding from the previous rainfall we had. This issue has been on a constant addressing and the city has stepped in with a plan!

After the excitement of local residents over Shake Shack’s announcement to open up in the Staten Island Mall, the company took to the demand and announced they will be opening up a second location that will be open for business before the first one announced location! 

In November 2016, we reported that the popular New York City burger chain, Shake Shack, will be opening up in the Staten Island Mall as part of the expansion project currently under construction now. While that location will not be open until 2019.
