• Do you want full responsibility of the decisions you do for your house? Do you have the time to keep up with the maintenance? Do you find yourself away more than being home? - If you already know you barely have time to do your chores, buying a house will not be the best situation for you. At a condo, you do not have to worry about yard work and cleaning will not be as much of a nassle to your busy schedule. 
• How much do you plan on spending?  Does your budget accommodate with a house or condo purchase?
