The first tenant has been announced for the shopping plaza that is coming soon to Staten Island’s South Shore. The Riverside Galleria plaza will be located near the Outerbridge Crossing on Arthur Kill Road in the Charleston neighborhood. The plaza will be a total of 470,000 square feet and include retail stores, restaurants, and cafes.

The dine-in theater will be 55,000 square feet and will hold up to 16 screening rooms. Not only will it be the first tenant in the Riverside Galleria Plaza, but the first dine-in theater to open up on Staten Island.
