This toy drive is being done in memory of Simeonette “Sissy” Mapes-Crupi, the victim of domestic violence. As a teacher, Sissy gave her helping hand to so many underprivileged children. Her compassion, hope, and loving support were the hallmark of her time with the children, whom she knew and worked with. This toy drive serves as a beacon of hope in her memory and garners support for domestic violence intervention, as well as support to other victims.
